Intro: A 16 fl. oz. can with no canned on or best before date. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy pale yellow to gold colour with a one finger white head that dissipated quite quickly but left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Tropical mango, citrusy grapefruit pith and rind with a touch of orange flesh.
Taste: Lightly dank, sweet and bitter. Peach gummy candy, pineapple and citrus peel.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Solid and very nice IPA.

Intro: A 16 fl. oz. can, canned on 11th January 2018. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving some light lacing.
Aroma: Juicy pineapple, pine, grapefruit and orange rind.
Taste: Juicy, pineapple, lightly bitter, grapefruit peel, orange rind, pine and a touch of grains.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: Nice and easy to drink.

Brewski Mangofeber Session IPA

As our first beer ever, Mangofeber has conquered tastebuds male and female, old and young, national and foreign. While we admit to always evolving this beer, so here is a light session version for anyone that wants to enjoy all the flavours with a little less “buzz” and a real “folkis” as we would say in Sweden.

Intro: A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 28th May 2019, ‘B5 sexonajpa’. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A very hazy dark straw yellow colour with a big three finger soapy white head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving some sparse but sticky lacing.
Aroma: A bit light, but there’s juicy mango, mango peel, pine and grass with hints of hay, herbal and citrus peel.
Taste: Lightly bitter, bready malt, juicy mango, lime and pine.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Aroma was a bit light, and while taste was nice and juicy, the malt was a little stronger than I’d like.

Intro: A 16.9 fl. oz. bottle, 2017 vintage. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A very lightly hazy golden colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly and left only sparse spotty lacing.
Aroma: Light funk, brett, oak, lemon tartness and a touch of vanilla.
Taste: Sour, oak, vanilla, lemon, funk, brett, lemon juice and lime.
Mouthfeel: Dry, light to medium bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: A nice amount of oak, funk and brett, balanced with some light citrus.

American Solera Bright Black Delight

Intro: A 12.7 fl. oz. bottle, 2016 vintage. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A purplish red colour with a one finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Blackberry, mixed berries, berry skin, oak, vanilla and funk.
Taste: Tart, lightly sour, blackberry, tangy mixed berries, vinegar and oak with some light vanilla.
Mouthfeel: Dry, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: A nice fruity Wild Ale, although I’d prefer it even more if the oak and vanilla flavours were a little lighter.
