Intro: A 330ml bottle, bottled in November 2017 #122, with a best before date of 29th November 2022. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy light ruby red colour with a two finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, sweet and sour raspberry with a hint of vanilla. On the whole a little light though.
Taste: Lightly tart, lightly sour, raspberry, berry seeds and hints of wheat on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Love the colour. I thought the aroma was too light though. Luckily the taste had nice tart raspberry fruitiness which covered the slight disappointment I had in the aroma.
