Hop Hooligans Crowd Control

Brewery: Hop Hooligans
Country: Romania
ABV: 6%
Style: New England / Hazy IPA

Brewer Description: (from can) You probably felt the undercurrent. The timid, squeamish whisper of something new, slowly but surely coming your way. It will not bring you false promises, like short-term bursts of delight and brief moments of pause from your daily toils. It will creep into your brain, hijack your senses, turn you into an addict and ultimately ruin you. In time, it will roar and thunder, and the cold, lifeless broadcast of the daily routine will be forever silenced. Not the usual type of cheap manipulation, but rather something that earns your appreciation. The best kind of Crowd Control. Achieve hop bliss.

Brewery: Equilibrium Brewery x Cerebral Brewing
Country: USA
ABV: 8%
Style: New England / Hazy Double IPA
Other Notes: Hops – Citra, Motueka and Strata

Brewer Description: (from website) We recently had a zoom session with our buds from Cerebral and thought it would be funny to mesh our logos together and pay homage to one of our favorite Astrophysicists, Neil deGrasse Tyson. The advocate of science and free thought is often heralded as a champion of rationality and we are big fans. Y’all Need Science uses a big base of oats and wheat and adds a hop bill of Citra, Motueka, and Strata. Upping the dry hop yet again with an exclusive 2020 harvest, Y’all Need Science pours bright yellow with an aroma of assorted citrus and dank grass. The flavor profile is loaded with citrus, peach fruit cup, mango and weed in a crazy drinkable dank finish. Our #EQjuice equation checks out with an A+ here and our thirst for massive flavor through science is indeed satisfied.

Space Dream Lab starts off with a base of wheat and oats and a whirlpool of Galaxy and Citra before an absolutely absurd amount of out just delivered 2020 Galaxy and Citra went in for the dry hop. If you saw our post last Friday, we literally filled our fermenter to the tippy top with hops, something crazy we could only do with the team from Brooklyn. Space Dream Lab pours like straight yellow Milk with explosive notes of passionfruit, Groove stand OJ, and sticky hops. The flavor is island fruits, orange creamsicle, pineapple in heavy syrup, mango and papaya wrapped up with dank hop profile. It’s milky and creamy finish is loaded up with our #EQjuice making it near crushable. A beer fit for the stars.

Brewer Description: (from website) dHop5 is a 8.0% DIPA that supersizes one of our favorite Equilibrium IPAs: Fractal Citra/Galaxy. We scaled Fractal’s grain bill, water treatment, fermentation, and super sized the hop bill of citra and galaxy. dHop5 pours a milky yellow releasing aromas of passion fruit, peach, lime, and pineapple all integrated with a sorbet twist.
