Brewer Description: (from bottle) A collaboration between Fuori Mondo & Cantillon. A blend of two-year-old lambic and Ciliegiolo, a close relative of San Giovese, whose name means cherry in Italian.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle at the brewery, bottled on 27th October 2023. Poured into a Cantillon tasting glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy ruby red colour with a one finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly to nothing, while leaving no lacing.
Aroma: Sweet red fruit, strawberries, cherry, grape skin, with red wine vinous notes.
Taste: Lightly sweet and tart, grape skin, red wine vinous, red berries, notes of blood orange and wood.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Overall: It was good, easy drinking, with nice fruit aroma and flavours.
