Intro: A 375ml red paper wrapped cap bottle. I believe this is 2019 vintage. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy golden orange colour, with a very thin white head that dissipated fairly quickly, and left only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Green apple, apple peel, damp wood, musty, funk, used mop.
Taste: Sour, tart, apple peel, wood, funk, lime.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with soft to no carbonation.
Overall: The apple was there, but overshadowed by the stronger lime and funky flavours.
