Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in March 2023. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy pinkish orange colour with a half finger white head that had dissipated fairly quickly, while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Vinous, red berries, apple peel, tart, funky.
Taste: Sour, tart, red berry fruits, apple peel, lightly vinous, lemon zest, viney.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, moderate to low carbonation, with moderate to high acidity.
Overall: On the edge of being too acidic, and while being fruity, it wasn’t as vinous or grapey than expected.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in April 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A clear golden orange colour with a one finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Apple, apple peel, lightly tart, with a touch of funk.
Taste: Lightly tart, apple, apple peel, pear, funky, and a touch sour.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to high spritzy carbonation.
Overall: This is a nice cider, as it was apple and pear cider dominant. I’m not sure I got any part of the red currant lambiek that is supposed to be there though.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in April 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy golden orange colour and a light red tinge, with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Tart, raspberry, white wine vinous, peachy, with notes of green vines.
Taste: Similar to the aroma, tart, raspberry, white wine vinous, strawberry, sweet, sour, and a touch funky.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Good enjoyable aroma and flavours in a blend that works well together.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in April 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy golden orange colour with a one finger white head that had decent retention and eventually settled to a ring around the glass, while leaving some nice lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, plum skin, apricot, grape skin, wood, with light funky notes.
Taste: Sweet and tart, white wine grapes, grape must, plum, apricot, wood.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: Interesting aroma and flavours, although perhaps I’m not entirely sold on the plum and apricot blend.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in April 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A clear red colour with a slight pinkish orange tinge, and a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving sparse lacing.
Aroma: Blackberry, grape skin, red wine vinous, wood, with a splash of blackcurrant.
Taste: As you’d expect from the aroma, maybe even better, with blackberry, grape skin, blackcurrant, red wine vinous, wood, and light musty funky notes.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: The flavours I’m getting are just right up my alley, and it was enjoyable and just drinks great.
