Brewer Description: (from bottle) A harmonious blend of our kriekenlambiek and Pinot Noir wine from Alsace grapes, aged in oak barrels. The expression of Pinot Noir has inspired us for years. With this bottle, we dance between traditions.

Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle, 2023 vintage, botted on 4th July 2024. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A very nice slightly hazy cherry ruby red colour with a one finger pink head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Cherry, red wine grape skin, vinous, red berries, wood, citrus zest.
Taste: Sour, tart, vinous, red wine grapes, cherry juice, red berries, lemon zest.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: A very nice blend of Pinot Noir wine and Kriek lambic resulting in great aromas and enjoyable flavours.

Intro: A 1 pint can, with no clear canned on or best before date. Poured into a Bokke tasting glass.
Appearance: A hazy reddish purple colour with a half finger pinkish head that dissipated quickly to nothing, while leaving only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Tart and sweet, blackberry, cherry, black cherry juice.
Taste: Very lightly sweet and tart, blackberry, cherry, and a hint of citrus zest.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Overall: Not getting much yuzu, but this flavour combination is what I like and enjoy.

Intro: A 1 pint can, with no clear canned on or best before date. Poured into a Bokke tasting glass.
Appearance: A hazy orange colour with a slight pinkish tinge, and a half finger white head that dissipated quickly to nothing and left only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Fruit punch with mainly, strawberry, pineapple, and orange zest.
Taste: Carbonated fruit punch, slightly sour, sweet notes, Fanta orange, strawberry, pineapple.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: It’s the kind of thing (aroma and flavour) that I would enjoy, but I get that it’s not for everyone. Drinks easy and more like carbonated fruit punch than beer though.

Appearance: A very nice slightly hazy cherry ruby red colour, with a one finger pink head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Tart, cherry, red berries, wood, lemon zest.
Taste: Sour, tart, cherry, red berry candy sweet, lemon zest, with notes of wood.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Looks good with great flavours as the bourbon comes through as enjoyable candy sweetness.

Brewer Description: (from bottle) Blend of 1, 2, 3, years old lambic with Nebbiolo grapes from Piëmonte in Italy. The blend is a collaboration with our friends from La Carlina Winery near Alba. This blend had a second fermentation in the bottle.

Appearance: It was a very lightly hazy reddish orange colour with a one finger white (maybe very slightly pinkish) head that had good retention, and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Red wine grapes, vinous, cherry skin, lemon zest, with a hint of leather.
Taste: Lightly sour, tart, red wine grapes, vinous, cherry skin, lemon zest, leather and wood.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very enjoyable aroma and flavours, with lots of vinous notes.
