OWA Sudachi Lambic

Brewery: OWA Brewery SPRL
Country: Belgium
ABV: 5.5%
Style: Lambic – Fruit
Other Notes: Brewed at Brouwerij De Troch

Brewer Description: (from bottle) “Sudachi” is a small, round, green citrus fruit of Japanese origin that is a specialty of Tokushima Prefecture in Japan. It is a sour citrus, not eaten as fruit, but used as food flavouring in place of lemon or lime. Genetic analysis shows it to be the product of a cross between a yuzu and another citrus akin to the koji and tachibana orange.

Stu Mostów WILD No.13 Bière de Soif refermented with Red Regent and Rondo Grapes Blend 2021

Brewery: Browar Stu Mostów
Country: Poland
ABV: 6.8%
Style: Wild Ale
Other Notes: Hops – Hersbrucker. 5 IBUs

Brewer Description: (from website) For this blend, we personally picked the grapes from the small local Jadwiga Winery, located just 20 km from the Brewery. The very same day we blended them with the beer base and let it referment with skin contact for over 12 days. This beer drinks really close to some of our favourite French “glou glou” Pét-Nat wines. Filled with cherry and red fruits aromas balanced with a slight tartness and funk notes. Delights with a vibrant cherry color topped with a pinkish, long lasting foam. Unpasteurised and so changing with time – perfect for refermentation and long aging!

It is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (100% 2 year aged beer) with 1/3rd ‘young ale’, macerated with sour cherries.
