Intro: A 440ml can, canned on 1st November 2018, and poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A cloudy hazy orange colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, tropical, mango, peach with light citrus rind and orange peel.
Taste: Mango, apricot, melon, orange peel and zest, grass, dank with a touch of booze on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Great aroma, and I think taste started off well enough, but the finish which was a bit grassy with a touch of booze just seemed to lose all the nice fruitiness that was there at the beginning.

Intro: A 1 pint can with no canned on or best before date. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A very lightly hazy orange pinkish red colour with a one finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Like fruited tea. Sweet-ish, tea, raspberry and lemon zest.
Taste: Lightly sweet, floral tea, raspberry and lemon zest.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Loved the aroma which was completely my thing. However the taste seemed to be something else as I felt that it was way too floral. It’s also missing some tartness which I think would have balanced it better.

Abnormal Hazy Dreams

Brewery: Abnormal Beer Company
Country: USA
ABV: 6.9%
Style: New England / Hazy IPA
Other Notes: Hops – Nugget, Cascade, Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra

Brewer Description: (from can) When you pick up this pint, it transports you into a hazy dream of hoppy heaven. The aggressively hop forward nose lends itself to waves of citrus, resin, and tropical fruits dancing in your head. The medium body from oats and unmalted wheat leads you into a hop heavy finish of fresh squeezed orange juice and hints of grapefruit as if you are walking in a orchard of citrus. The finish is clean with a lingering fruitiness that begs for more consumption. When you wake up, you are thirsty and run to the fridge. Fortunately for you this beer is real, and not just in your dreams. Always drink fresh and follow your dreams, the hazier the better.
