Brewer Description: (from bottle) Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels and finished w/ coffee, cacao nibs, and marshmallows.

Intro: A 500ml bottle, batch 003, 2022 release, poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Black in colour with a thin brown head that dissipated quickly, while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Sweet, roasted malts, milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, bourbon.
Taste: Much like the aroma, sweet, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, bourbon, booze.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, full bodied, with soft carbonation.
Overall: Great aroma and good flavours. It was not too sweet, and an enjoyable sipper.

Intro: A 1 pint can, canned on 17th January 2024. Poured into a winebar glass.
Appearance: A deep red colour with a dark purple hue, and a just over one finger lavender head that had decent retention, eventually settling to a ring around the glass, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Sweet, tart, jammy, blackberries, and vanilla.
Taste: Sour, tart, light jammy sweetness, blackberries, with light vanilla notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Great aroma, nice flavours, refreshing and enjoyable to drink.

Brewer Description: (from can release description) An ode to the button mashing madness of classic arcade games, 100 Hand Slap is a flurry of a New England Style IPA packed with soft, tropical, Juicyfruit citrus character. A milky yellow on the SRM scale and light mouthfeel, this “fluffy” Galaxy and Citra-hopped beer drinks too easily for its steamroller 8.5% ABV. 100 Hand Slap was brewed in collaboration with Virginia’s heralded brewpub The Answer, and is the first release in our canned “Covalent Bond” collaboration series!

Intro: On tap at Bottle Logic Brewing, Anaheim. A 14 oz pour into a Bottle Logic goblet glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden straw colour, with a one finger white head, decent retention, and good lacing.
Aroma: Apricot, peach, pineapple with hints of citrus and floral elements.
Taste: Exactly like the aroma. Juicy yet bitter, apricot, peach, mango and citrus rind.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nice, tasty and easy to drink.

Intro: On tap at Bottle Logic Brewing, Anaheim. A 14 oz pour into a Bottle Logic goblet glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark purplish red colour with a minimal purple head and no lacing.
Aroma: Blueberry candy, lactose and yoghurt.
Taste: Lightly tart and sour, blueberry, lactose, tangy. A great combination.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very refreshing blueberry flavours. Nice, tart, and easy to drink.

Intro: On tap at Bottle Logic Brewing, Anaheim. A 6 oz pour into a Bottle Logic snifter.
Appearance: It was black in colour with minimal brown head and minimal lacing.
Aroma: Vanilla, sweet milk chocolate, oak and bourbon.
Taste: Very nice sweetish milk chocolate, oak, bourbon and vanilla.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, low carbonation and a light alcohol burn.
Overall: Excellent! This was just really nice, complex and a great sipper. Really happy to be able to try this on tap at the brewery!
