Intro: A 750ml corked and capped bottle. Bottled in April 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A clear golden orange colour with a one finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Apple, apple peel, lightly tart, with a touch of funk.
Taste: Lightly tart, apple, apple peel, pear, funky, and a touch sour.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to high spritzy carbonation.
Overall: This is a nice cider, as it was apple and pear cider dominant. I’m not sure I got any part of the red currant lambiek that is supposed to be there though.
