Intro: A 1 pint can with no canned on or best before date. Poured into a MBCC 2018 stemmed taster glass.
Appearance: A hazy orange colour with a big two finger soapy fluffy white head that had decent retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Citrusy, orange, grapefruit, passionfruit and pineapple.
Taste: Light bitterness, grapefruit rind, grapefruit juice, orange and pineapple with hints of pine, passionfruit and mango.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: A nice IPA with good aromas and flavours.

Intro: A 1 pint can with a Julian canned on date of 18066, meaning that it was canned on 7th March 2018, ‘I’ll have what she’s having’. Poured into a tumbler glass.
Appearance: A hazy dark orange colour with a slightly less than two finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Over ripe mango, guava, light citrus, dankness, lactose, yoghurt.
Taste: Sweet, mango, apricot, light citrus bitterness, dank, resin, grass with some light alcohol booziness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: This was ok with good tropical fruit aroma and flavours, but the combination of sweetness and light booze together, just wasn’t the best for me.

Intro: A one pint can with a Julian canned on date of 32517 (I think, as it was a bit blurred), meaning that it was canned on 21st November 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy pinkish orange colour with a big two finger white head that dissipated quite quickly while leaving only sparse lacing.
Aroma: Wheaty, orange, mixed berries with a hint of lemon.
Taste: Tart orange and lemon, wheat, with hints of mixed berries and rhubarb.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: This had nice tartness but just a bit too grainy for me.

Intro: A one pint can with a Julian canned on date of 17355, meaning that it was canned on 21st December 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A clear copper amber colour with an almost three finger off white head that had good retention while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Sweet, pineapple, caramel malt, rye, pine, citrusy orange and grass.
Taste: Sweet, marmalade, mandarin, orange and pineapple with caramel malt, rye and pine lightly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Quite a nice Wheat Rye IPA??? (I guess) Although perhaps it felt slightly too sweet at times.

Appearance: A hazy dark orange colour with a two finger white head that had good retention and left nice lacing.
Aroma: Very juicy tropical fruits, apricot, peach, guava, passionfruit and mango with hints of pineapple and grapefruit.
Taste: Apricot, mango and pineapple tropical sweetness, hints of pine needles and a touch of grapefruit rind bitterness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nicely balanced bitter and sweet with good aromatic and tasty fruitiness.
