Brewer Description: (from website) Our Biggest Dry Hop. Ever. Period. The next beer in our perpetual Dream Lab series with Other Half is here and it is absolutely galactic. Space Dream Lab starts off with a base of wheat and oats and a whirlpool of Galaxy and Citra before an absolutely absurd amount of out just delivered 2020 Galaxy and Citra went in for the dry hop. If you saw our post last Friday, we literally filled our fermenter to the tippy top with hops, something crazy we could only do with the team from Brooklyn. Space Dream Lab pours like straight yellow Milk with explosive notes of passionfruit, Groove stand OJ, and sticky hops. The flavor is island fruits, orange creamsicle, pineapple in heavy syrup, mango and papaya wrapped up with dank hop profile. It’s milky and creamy finish is loaded up with our #EQjuice making it near crushable. A beer fit for the stars.

Intro: A 1 pint can, with no canned on or best before date, but should have been released on 21st October 2020. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy milky orange yellow colour with a two finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Mango, pineapple, citrus pith, orange, with slight dank notes.
Taste: Mango, pineapple, papaya, orange creamsicle, citrus pith and rind, with some grassy and dank notes, and a slightly bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very nice and enjoyable with lots of tropical and citrus fruitiness, and a good bitter finish.

Brewer Description: (from website) A world wide collaboration hosted by Other Half, Stout Collective and Craftpeak to support the enormous amount of hospitality workers laid off during this difficult time. We are donating 100% of our proceeds to the Restaurant Workers Community Foundation. We brewed this recipe with 2-row, oats and carapils and then hopped it with a beautiful blend of our hand selected Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Cascade. This second batch gets the addition of an additional dry hop with the same hops for those of you that think there are never enough hops in beer. We intentionally kept the recipe simple so that every brewer that wants to do it can do it. Keep an eye out for versions from over 700 breweries worldwide all working to help others in need. Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a big three finger white head that had excellent retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Citrus rind and zest, dank, earthy, melon, with notes of tropical stone fruit.
Taste: Lightly bitter and lightly sweet, citrus rind, orange peel, citrus zest, melon, mango, pineapple and maybe a slightly herbal finish.
Mouthfeel: Moderate to full bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Good balance between sweet and bitter. Enjoyable and easy drinking.

Intro: A 1 pint can, canned on 7th May 2020. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A hazy yellowish orange colour with a just over two finger white head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Sweet peach and apricot ice cream, mango, citrus zest, grapefruit rind, with notes of melon and dankness.
Taste: Light to moderate sweetness, overripe mango, orange creamsicle, mandarin, grapefruit rind and zest, light to moderate lasting bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, light to moderate bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Very nice and smooth. Sweet and bitter balance is perfect with lots of tropical and citrus fruits.

Appearance: A hazy yellowish orange colour with a one finger white head that had excellent retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Citrus rind and zest, lime, with notes of passionfruit, mango, pineapple and orange.
Taste: Lightly sweet, mango, papaya, melon, orange, light bitterness, citrus rind, dank, with notes of mandarin zest.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, crushable, medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nice Citra beer with lots of fruit in the aroma and flavour, and a good balance between sweet and bitter.

Brewer Description: (from website) Our hazy East Coast IPA with loads of oats and hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial gets the High Density Hop Charge treatment. Packed with a ridiculous amount of Citra flavor and aroma from our Citra Cryo and Incognito and perfectly balanced with our hand picked Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo and Centennial. Fruity, juicy, with a delicious creamy body and slight bitter finish.

Aroma: Citrusy orange and grapefruit, citrus zest, mango and melon.
Taste: Lightly sweet and bitter, melon, citrus zest and rind, papaya, notes of mango, and a tinge of peppery spiciness.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, creamy, light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking and balanced IPA. Would love to try it next to a regular Green City or even a DDH version.
