Intro: A 1 pint can with no clear canned on or best before date. Poured into a winebar glass.
Appearance: A thick murky yellow brown colour with a half finger off white head that dissipated fairly quickly leaving no lacing, but lots of fruity bits.
Aroma: Milkshake, banana, vanilla, brown sugar, milk, with a touch of cinnamon.
Taste: Banana, cinnamon, vanilla ice cream, brown sugar, and white chocolate.
Mouthfeel: Thick, full bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.
Overall: Looks wrong upon pouring, but the aroma and flavours work as has been established in a banana foster, which this definitely reminds me of.

Intro: A 500ml can, with a best before date of 1st July 2021. Poured into a Alvinne teku glass.
Appearance: A cloudy artificial purple pink colour, with a one finger pink head that disappeared almost immediately, while leaving no lacing.
Aroma: Sweet, dessert, jammy, mixed berries, wafer, nutty, with notes of peanut butter.
Taste: Sour, tart, jammy, mixed berries, sweetness, wafer, nutty.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Easy drinking dessert like beer. Although the nuttiness was more like wafer/peanuts than peanut butter, it still tasted nice with the jammy mixed berry flavours.

Intro: A 330ml can, with a best before date of September 2022. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden colour with a just over one finger white head that had decent retention while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Rhubarb, vanilla, milk, candied lemon.
Taste: Sweet, tart, rhubarb, pineapple, lemon, vanilla, dried tropical fruit, slight wheat.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Nice aromas with interesting rhubarb sweet and tart flavours. Not something you usually associate coming from Belgium which in the past has been quite old school. But Totem is one of those progressive craft breweries that are popping up more and more in Belgium, and it’s interesting to see what they come up with.
