Intro: A 330ml can, with a best before date of 5th September 2020. Poured into a Spiegelau wheat glass.
Appearance: A hazy straw blonde colour with an uncontrollable more than five finger white head that had fairly good retention, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Citrusy, lemon zest, lemon rind, and a floral character.
Taste: Light citrusy lemon zest, lemon rind, bready malt, wheat, and a splash of lime.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Very light and crushable, but didn’t leave any sort of impression on me.

Other Notes: 38 IBUs. Malts – Pale, Munich T1, Special W, Caramunich T2, Black Patent and Carafa Special T3. Hops – Willamette and Hellertau. Yeast – 34/70

Intro: A 330ml can with a best before date of 30th April 2020. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: Dark brown in colour with a two finger beige head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Roasty dark malt, chocolate, coffee, and caramel, with notes of dark fruit and nuttiness.
Taste: Roasty dark malt, toasty bitterness, dark chocolate, nutty, and coffee, with notes of sweet dark fruit.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Looks great with good dark chocolate bitter flavours. I was hoping for stronger dark fruit, but still, it was enjoyable.

Other Notes: 20 IBUs. Malts – Pilsner, Oats, Vienna and Carahell. Hops – Mosaic, Ekuanot, Citra, Simcoe, Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Cryo Mosaic. Yeast – London III

Brewer Description: (from can) Hazy IPA. Experience – tropical fruit, mango, lychee.

Intro: A fresh 330ml can, canned only about a week ago, with a best before date of 26th May 2020. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.
Appearance: A murky dark orange colour with a two finger white head that dissipated quickly while leaving some spotty lacing.
Aroma: Lots of stone fruit, ripe mango, with hints of citrus peel and pith.
Taste: Tropical and stone fruit, mango, citrus pith, with a light but enjoyable hop burn.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Another enjoyable Hong Kong brewed IPA, and once again, from Carbon Brews. Juicy tropicalness balanced with some light pithy bitterness. Just very easy to drink.

Other Notes: Malts – Pilsner, Wheat and Carapils. Hops – Cryo Loral and Wakatu. Yeast – Chico Ale. Fruit – Raspberry, Passionfruit, Guava, Cranberry, Pineapple and Mango. Experience – Refreshing, tart, raspberry punch

Brewer Description: (from can) Fruit punch berliner weisse.

Intro: A 330ml can, with a best before date of 11th January 2020. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A very cloudy pink guava juice colour with a two finger slightly pinkish white head that had decent retention while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Tart, fruit punch, tropical fruits, raspberry, guava, wheat with hints of pineapple.
Taste: Tart, lightly sour, wheaty, fruit punch, raspberry, guava, mango, pineapple, with hints of lime.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: I like it when Carbon drop a lot of fruit into their beers. Much like Meringue-Utang, this was very fruity and very easy to drink while maintaining the wheatiness from a Berliner Weisse. Great fruit punch flavours with raspberry and guava dominating.

Other Notes: 25 IBUs. Malts – Pilsner, Munich T1, Vienna, Carahell, Melanoidin and Carapils. Hops – Mosaic, Motueka, HBC431, Chinook and Loral. Yeast – 3470 German Lager

Brewer Description: (from can) Experience: clean, crisp, lemon, mango.

Intro: A 330ml can, with a best before date of 11th September 2019. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A clear golden orange colour with a big two finger+ soapy white head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Tea, lemon, lime, floral and a slight unripe mango.
Taste: Lemon peel, mango and tea, with light lime and floral notes.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: Looks great and flavours were not bad, but crispness was missing and carbonation was lacking.
