Brewer Description: (from Mikkeller NYC menu) German-style Pilsner.
(from beermenus.com (linked from Mikkeller NYC)) Bursting with floral hops and a soft cracker-like malt structure, layers of sunflower and pineapple develop a delicate hop profile. With hints of earth and slate, a snappy finish awakens the palate with medium hop bitterness and a dry backbone.

Intro: A one pint can, canned on 1st June 2018. Poured into a white wine glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy golden colour with a just over two finger white head that had good retention and left some nice soapy lacing.
Aroma: Grainy malt, grass, corn, citrusy rind and a light floral character.
Taste: Similar to the aroma with grainy malt, grass, corn, lightly floral in the background.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Clean and refreshing. Good for a hot day.
