Intro: A 375ml bottle, 2018 vintage, bottled on 6th November 2017. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy reddish orange colour with a two finger very light pink head that dissipated quite quickly and left only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Jammy sweet, lightly tart, raspberry, strawberry and light wheat.
Taste: Sour, tart, raspberry, lemon, lemon juice, with maybe a touch of oak.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: While flavours were not bad, it was perhaps held back by being almost on the verge of being overwhelmingly sour.
