Brewer Description: (from can) The Double IPA is a style we’ve become synonymous with. While its roots stretch back to a full-team West Coast beer tasting in September 2015, and our scene-changing V series throughout 2015-2016, it is significantly different to the IIPAs that originally inspired us and acts as an ever-evolving representation of a hazy, soft and deceptively drinkable strong IPA.

Intro: A 440ml can, canned on 10th March 2020, and a freshest flavour before date of 29th May 2020. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy orange colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention and left some sparse spotty lacing.
Aroma: Lots of fruit, mango, papaya, orange, orange rind, and peach ice cream.
Taste: Light sweetness, mango, papaya, lightly bitter, citrus rind and pithy, peppery spice finish.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied with moderate to light carbonation.
Overall: Good balance of sweet and bitter, and nice juicy fruitiness makes this enjoyable to drink.
