Intro: A 330ml bottle, bottled in May 2018 #158, and with a best before date of 9th May 2023. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy reddish colour with a one finger white head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, red berries, raspberry, and strawberry.
Taste: Lightly sour and tart, with light jammy sweetness. Berry candy, raspberry, cherry, and strawberry with hints of lemon zest.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Maybe not a complex beer, but I really enjoy the candied berry flavours. It just tastes good to me and its refreshing.
